When can you expect our call?

Normally, the callback will be on the day of the request at the time you request.

Requests after office hours, weekends and holidays

Even if you submit your request late in the evening, on weekends or holidays, it will be reviewed by a lawyer immediately upon receipt. If the case is urgent, we will call you back even late in the evening, on weekends or holidays.

A case is urgent, for example, if you are threatened with legal disadvantages due to the expiry of a deadline on the day of the inquiry and these can be averted by our action in the remaining time. We assess whether a case is urgent according to the legal situation and our experience, which you can fully trust at this point.

If you do not receive a call on the day of the request, we will call you back on the next working day at the latest.
